National Semiconductor LMH6714/6720/6722 Wideband Video Op Amp Datasheet
The LMH6714/6720/6722 series combines National's VIP10 high speed complementary bipolar process with current feedback topology to produce very high speed op amps. These devices provide a 400MHz small signal bandwidth at a gain of +2V/V and a 1800V/us slew rate while consuming only 5.6mA from +5V supplies.
The series offers exceptional video performance with 0.01% differential gain error for NTSC and PAL signals, driving a back terminated 75Ω load. They feature a flat gain response of 0.1dB to 120MHz and can deliver 70mA continuous output current, making them ideal for broadcast quality video systems.
