Microchip TC4426/TC4427/TC4428 Dual High-Speed Power MOSFET Drivers Datasheet
The TC4426/TC4427/TC4428 family are improved dual high‑speed power MOSFET drivers offering 1.5 A peak output current, low supply current, and protection against latch‑up, reverse current and ESD. They can switch 1000 pF gate capacitances in under 30 ns and operate from 4.5 V to 18 V supply voltage.
