TC4426/TC4427/TC4428 is a high performance, high reliability 1.5A dual channel MOSFET driver, which meets the needs of various circuit design.
The TC4426/TC4427/TC4428 family are improved dual high‑speed power MOSFET drivers offering 1.5 A peak output current, low supply current, and protection against latch‑up, reverse current and ESD. They can switch 1000 pF gate capacitances in under 30 ns and operate from 4.5 V to 18 V supply voltage.
