Intersil DG411/DG412/DG413 Analog Switches Datasheet
The DG411 series provides four independent single‑pole‑single‑throw (SPST) analog switches with TTL and CMOS compatible inputs. The devices support single‑ended supplies from 5 V up to 44 V and can operate from +5 V to +20 V in split‑supply mode. Variants DG411, DG412 and DG413 differ only in the polarity of the selection logic, allowing flexible break‑before‑make or make‑before‑break configurations.
Key features include ON‑resistance below 35 Ω, turn‑on time under 175 ns, low charge injection, and RoHS‑compliant Pb‑free packages. The datasheet lists absolute maximum ratings, detailed electrical specifications, pin descriptions, functional diagrams, and recommended test circuits.
