ST2S06A33 ST2S06B are dual synchronous rectification step-down switching regulators with a maximum output current of 0.5 A, an input voltage range of 2.5 V to 5.5 V, and a 1.5 MHz switching frequency. They support adjustable output voltages from 0.8 V to 5.5 V and provide typical efficiency of >90%. Non-switching quiescent current is typically 1.2 mA, and RDS(ON) is typically 150 mΩ.
