ST L5985 2 A Step-Down Switching Regulator Datasheet
The L5985 is a step-down switching regulator from ST with an embedded power MOSFET and a 2 A DC output current capability. It accepts an input voltage from 2.9 V to 18 V and has an output voltage adjustable from 0.6 V, with a 250 kHz internal switching frequency that can be programmed up to 1 MHz.
