TPD1044F is an intelligent power device produced by Toshiba. It adopts monolithic power MOS type integrated circuit and is mainly used to drive motor, solenoid valve and lamp load. TPD1044F has low RDS(ON) value, low IDSS value and low IIN value, and also has built-in overvoltage, overheating and overcurrent protection circuits.
