OSRAM W5SN LED Series Datasheet
The OSRAM W5SN LED family includes the red (LR), amber (LA) and yellow (LY) variants. These thin‑film InGaAlP LEDs provide high luminous efficiency in a compact SMD package and are used for traffic signaling, automotive backlighting, LCD backlighting, decorative lighting and other interior/exterior illumination applications.
The datasheet lists typical optical and electrical parameters, maximum ratings, temperature limits, packaging details and ordering codes. It also provides wavelength groups, brightness groups and revision history for the series. This manual is written in German.
