OSRAM LD CN5M / LT CN5M LED Datasheet
The OSRAM LD CN5M (deep‑blue) and LT CN5M (true‑green) are SMD ceramic LEDs with silicon‑resin encapsulation and a built‑in lens. They offer high optical efficiency (38 % for deep‑blue, 71 lm/W for green) and a 60° viewing angle, making them suitable for automotive interior lighting, display backlighting, and other high‑brightness applications.
The components are supplied on 8 mm tape‑and‑reel (3000 pieces per reel) and are RoHS‑compliant. They are moisture‑sensitive and packaged in dry bags with desiccant and humidity‑indicator cards. Operating temperature ranges from –40 °C to +125 °C, with a maximum junction temperature of 150 °C. Forward current is limited to 250 mA (typical) with a surge capability of 1 A. This manual is written in German.
