OSRAM LB T1773 / LT T773 Hyper TOPLED RG Hyper-Bright LED Datasheet
The OSRAM Hyper TOPLED® RG series provides lead‑free, high‑efficiency LEDs in blue (471 nm) and true‑green (532 nm) with a wide Lambertian viewing angle of 120°. The devices are supplied in a white SMT package with clear resin, suitable for all standard SMT assembly processes and IR reflow soldering.
Key features include optical efficiencies of 2 Im/W (blue) and 8 Im/W (green), ESD resistance up to 2 kV, and operating temperature range from –40 °C to +100 °C. Detailed ordering codes, brightness groups, and wavelength groups are listed for precise selection. This manual is written in German.
