OSRAM LS T67K / LO T67K / LY T67K LED Datasheet
The OSRAM LS T67K, LO T67K and LY T67K series are hyper‑bright, low‑current LEDs offered in a white P‑LCC‑2 package with a colorless clear resin. They provide extremely wide viewing angles, making them ideal for backlighting, light‑guide coupling, and interior automotive lighting. Optical performance includes peak wavelengths of 630 nm (super‑red), 606 nm (orange) and 587 nm (yellow) with optical efficiencies up to 9 Im/W.
The datasheet lists detailed electrical ratings such as a forward current of 20 mA (typical at 25 °C), reverse voltage of 12 V, and an ESD withstand voltage of up to 2 kV. Environmental limits cover operating temperatures from –40 °C to +100 °C and a junction temperature limit of +125 °C. Ordering information, brightness groups, and wavelength groupings are also provided.
