OSRAM LE W E2B/E2A LED Datasheet
The LE W E2B and LE W E2A are thin‑GaN LEDs offering exceptionally high luminance thanks to surface emission and low resistance. They provide a typical color temperature of 5600 K, a color rendering index of 80 and a viewing angle of 120° with optics (Lambertian 120° without optics). The light‑emitting area measures 2.1 mm × 2.1 mm and the devices are supplied in lead‑free, RoHS‑compliant packaging.
These components are intended for general lighting, medical illumination (surgery lamps, microscopes), traffic signs and high‑end strobe applications. They operate from –40 °C to +85 °C, can withstand up to 2 kV ESD, and feature a maximum optical efficiency of 38 lm/W at 350 mA. This manual is written in German.
