OSRAM W51M Series LED Datasheet
The OSRAM W51M series includes three LED variants (LD, LB, LT) featuring ThinGaN technology, narrow 20° viewing angle and high optical efficiency (up to 43% with lens). The components are supplied in white SMD packages with clear silicone resin and are RoHS‑compliant.
