The X9C102, X9C103, X9C104, X9C503 Digitally Controlled Potentiometer (XDCP™) is a solid-state potentiometer with 3-wire serial interface, 100 wiper tap points, wiper position stored in nonvolatile memory and recalled on power-up, 99 resistive elements, temperature compensated, ±20% end to end resistance, ±5V terminal voltages, low power CMOS, VCC = 5V, 3mA max. active current, 750µA max. standby current, 100 years register data retention, and 100,000 data changes per bit (Endurance).
