STMicroelectronics BTA12/BTB12/T12 Series User Manual
The BTA12, BTB12 and T12 series are 12 A triacs offered in through‑hole and surface‑mount packages for general‑purpose AC switching, such as static relays, heating regulation, motor starting, light dimming and speed control. The series includes snubberless, logic‑level and standard versions, with voltage ratings of 600 V or 800 V and various gate sensitivities.
The manual lists absolute maximum ratings, electrical and static characteristics, thermal resistance data, mechanical dimensions for D2PAK, TO‑220AB and I2PAK packages, and detailed ordering information including part numbers, packaging types and weight. Revision history and legal disclaimer are also provided.
