The AT93C56A/66A is a high-reliability automotive application electrically erasable programmable read-only memory (EEPROM) with 2048/4096 bits of storage capacity, can work in the voltage range of 2.7V to 5.5V, and the operating temperature range is -40°C to 125°C. The device uses a three-wire serial interface, has a clock rate of 2MHz and a self-timed write cycle (10ms maximum), and can be enabled through the Chip Select (CS) pin.
