This product is a 256-Kbit (32-Kbyte) EEPROM User Memory with 16 2-Kbyte (16-Kbit) Zones, self-timed write cycle, single byte or 128-byte page write mode and programmable access rights. It also features a 2-Kbit Configuration Zone, 37-byte OTP Area and 160-byte Area.
