Atmel AT29BV020 Datasheet
The AT29BV020 is a 2‑megabit, in‑system flash programmable and erasable read‑only memory (PEROM) that operates from a single 2.7 V to 3.6 V supply. It provides fast 250 ns read access, low power dissipation, and can endure more than 10 000 program cycles per sector.
The device supports software‑protected programming, hardware data protection, and optional boot‑block lockout for two 8 KB memory sections. It includes CMOS and TTL compatible I/O, a wide input voltage range, and operates across commercial and industrial temperature ranges.
