Atmel AT88SC0104CA CryptoMemory Datasheet
The AT88SC0104CA is a high‑performance secure memory offering 1 Kbit (128‑byte) EEPROM user memory divided into four 32‑byte zones with programmable access rights. It includes advanced security functions such as a 64‑bit mutual authentication protocol, MAC, stream encryption, four key sets and eight password sets, as well as ISO‑7816 smart‑card compatibility.
The device operates from a 2.7 V to 3.6 V supply, supports both asynchronous T=0 and synchronous 2‑wire interfaces, and is available in standard 8‑lead SOIC, PDIP and TSSOP packages. Absolute maximum ratings, DC and AC characteristics, and timing diagrams are provided for design integration.
