Analog Devices AD8638/AD8639 Auto-Zero Operational Amplifiers Datasheet

Datasheet 20 pages · 623 KB · EN

The AD8638 (single) and AD8639 (dual) are low‑noise, auto‑zero amplifiers that operate from 5 V to 16 V single‑supply or ±2.5 V to ±8 V dual‑supply. They provide rail‑to‑rail output swing, high gain (≈136 dB), high CMRR (≈133 dB) and low input bias current (≈40 pA). The devices are specified for an extended industrial temperature range (‑40 °C to +125 °C) and the AD8639 is qualified for automotive applications.

The datasheet includes pin configurations for several packages (5‑lead SOT‑23, 8‑lead SOIC, MSOP, LFCSP), absolute maximum ratings, thermal resistance data, typical performance curves, and an ordering guide that lists automotive‑grade part numbers. Detailed electrical characteristics are given for both 5 V and 16 V supply conditions.
