SANYO LM7001J/LM7001JM Direct PLL Frequency Synthesizer Datasheet
The SANYO LM7001J and LM7001JM are Direct PLL Frequency Synthesizer LSIs designed to simplify the creation of high-performance AM/FM tuners. These devices are software compatible with the LM7000 series but exclude the IF calculation circuit. They feature a high-speed programmable divider within the FM VCO circuit and support seven reference frequencies ranging from 1 kHz to 100 kHz.
