ATMEL -8-bit Microcontroller with In-System Programmable Flash ATmega325/V ATmega3250/V ATmega645/V ATmega6450/V Preliminary handbook
The ATmega325, ATmega3250, ATmega645 and ATmega6450 are low‑power CMOS 8‑bit microcontrollers based on Atmel's enhanced AVR RISC architecture. They provide high‑speed single‑cycle instruction execution and a range of on‑chip peripherals suitable for embedded control applications.
Key features include up to 64 KB of In‑System Programmable Flash, up to 4 KB SRAM, multiple 8‑bit I/O ports, a 10‑bit ADC, JTAG interface, and several power‑saving modes. The devices operate from 1.8 V to 5.5 V and are rated for an industrial temperature range of –40 °C to 85 °C.
