Vishay VLMW33 High Intensity SMD LED Datasheet
The VLMW33 series is a high‑intensity white SMD LED built with InGaN/TAG technology in a PLCC‑2 package. It offers high luminous intensity (224‑1400 mcd depending on part number), a typical color temperature of 5500 K, and RoHS‑compliant, lead‑free construction.
The LEDs are supplied on 8 mm tape reels, compatible with IR‑reflow, vapor‑phase and wave soldering. The datasheet includes absolute maximum ratings, optical and electrical characteristics, packaging dimensions, recommended soldering profiles, and storage guidelines to ensure reliable performance in automotive, telecommunications, backlighting, and illumination applications.
