National Semiconductor LM2750 Low Noise Switched Capacitor Boost Regulator Datasheet
The LM2750 is a regulated switched‑capacitor doubler that provides a low‑noise 5 V output. It requires only three external ceramic capacitors (input, output, and flying) and operates with a fixed 1.7 MHz switching frequency, offering 85 % peak and 70 % average efficiency.
Typical applications include LED lighting, cellular phone SIM‑card power, audio‑amplifier supplies, and general‑purpose Li‑ion‑to‑5 V conversion. The device is supplied in a 10‑pin leadless lead‑frame package (LLP) with excellent thermal performance and includes soft‑start and active‑low shutdown features.
