The MC68HC908GZ16/MC68HC908GZ8 is a high-performance, low-power 32-bit 3.3V/5V-compatible MCU with an integrated 32K FLASH and 2K EEPROM, supporting 16 channels of 10-bit ADC, 2 channels of 12-bit DAC, an enhanced serial communication interface (ESCI), a serial peripheral interface (SPI) and a 16-bit general-purpose communication interface (SCI).
