Cypress CY7C68033/CY7C68034 EZ-USB NX2LP-Flex Flexible USB NAND Flash Controller User Manual
The EZ-USB NX2LP-Flex is a firmware‑based, programmable USB 2.0 NAND flash controller that integrates a low‑power 8051 core, USB transceiver, and GPIF interface in a 56‑pin QFN package. It supports both high‑speed (480 Mbps) and full‑speed (12 Mbps) USB operation and provides up to 12 configurable GPIO pins, multiple programmable endpoints, and on‑chip ECC for NAND flash.
The device can be used in a wide range of applications such as USB mass‑storage, GPS, video capture, MP3 players, and other NAND‑flash‑based products. It offers normal operation mode for standard mass‑storage use and a manufacturing mode for first‑time programming and board‑level testing, with default silicon IDs and ReNumeration™ support for easy flash programming.
