This document introduces the features and characteristics of EZ-USB NX2LP-Flex™ Flexible USB NAND Flash Controller CY7C68033/CY7C68034
The EZ-USB NX2LP-Flex is a flexible USB NAND flash controller that integrates a USB 2.0 transceiver, an enhanced 8051 core, and a programmable GPIF interface. It offers ultra‑low power operation (43 mA typical), 15 KB on‑chip RAM, and up to 12 programmable GPIO pins in a 56‑pin QFN package.
The device supports both high‑speed (480 Mbps) and full‑speed (12 Mbps) USB operation, multiple NAND flash page sizes, and a range of peripheral interfaces via its GPIF and FIFO endpoints. It includes normal operation and manufacturing modes, reset and wake‑up handling, and detailed register maps for developers.
