Altera EP220 / EP224 Classic EPLDs are high-performance, low-power Erasable Programmable Logic Devices (EPLDs) with 8 macrocells. Combinatorial speeds as low as 7.5 ns, counter frequencies up to 100 MHz, pipelined data rates up to 115 MHz, maximum 5.5-ns Clock-to-output time, minimum 4.5-ns setup time.

APEX 20K is Altera's first programmable logic device (PLD) that incorporates system-on-a-programmable-chip (SOPC) integration. It uses MultiCoreTM architecture, which integrates lookup table logic, product term logic, and embedded memory. Lookup table logic is used for register-intensive functions, embedded system block is used to implement memory functions, including first-in first-out buffers, dual-port RAM, and content-addressable memory. Embedded product term logic is used for combinatorial-intensive functions.

APEX 20K is Altera's first programmable logic device (PLD) that incorporates system-on-a-programmable-chip (SOPC) integration, MultiCoreTM architecture, look-up table (LUT) logic, product-term logic, and embedded memory. It features high density, high performance, and flexibility. APEX 20K can be used to build various electronic systems, such as ASICs, FPGAs, CPLDs, SoCs, DSPs, etc.

The document provides information about the I/O pins and functions of the EP20K200E chip.

EP20K100E I/O Pins

This document describes the arrangement and function of the I/O pins and VREF voltage pins of the EP20K1000E chip. The chip has three versions, namely 652-pin BGA, 672-pin FineLine BGA, and 1020-pin FineLine BGA.

P Series 120.195 Watt DC-DC Converters have an extremely slim case (4 TE), fully enclosed. Extremely low inrush current, hot swappable. Operating ambient temperature range -40.71°C with convection cooling.

The PQ05RA1/PQ05RA11 series are low power loss voltage regulators from SHARP, with output voltages of 5V, 9V, and 12V, and an output current of 1A. The OFF-state leakage current is ≤1μA for switch power supplies, and the power dissipation is PD1 ≤ 1.5W without a heat sink and PD2 ≤ 15W with an infinite heat sink.

This is a low power 1A output, general purpose low power voltage regulator, used for power supplies for various electronic equipment such as TVs, VCRs, CD stereos etc.

This document introduces the PQ05DZ51/11 series 0.5A/1.0A output, general purpose, surface mount type low power-loss voltage regulator. The series products use a compact surface mount package with low power consumption and are suitable for power supplies of various electronic equipment.

PQ033ES3MXP PQ050ES3MXP is a low power loss voltage regulator from Sharp, with small current output, low power loss, built-in overcurrent, overheat protection functions.

This is a new type of low-power voltage regulator. It has TO-92 package, 100 mA output current, low power loss, small package size and is suitable for TVs, VCRs, air conditioners, DVD players, audio equipment, etc.

Low voltage operation, low power-loss voltage regulators (SC-63 package)
