National Semiconductor LM22679 5A Simple Switcher Step-Down Voltage Regulator Datasheet
The LM22679 series provides a monolithic step‑down (buck) regulator capable of delivering up to 5 A with high efficiency (>90%). It integrates voltage‑mode control, adjustable soft‑start, adjustable current limit, an internal boot diode, and thermal shutdown, all in a TO‑263 THIN package.
