International Rectifier IR2010(S) High and Low Side Driver Datasheet
The International Rectifier IR2010(S) is a high power, high voltage, high speed driver designed for driving power MOSFETs and IGBTs in both high side and low side configurations. It features independent output channels, a floating channel capable of operating up to 200V, and is ideal for Audio Class D amplifiers and DC-DC converter applications. The device includes undervoltage lockout for both channels and is tolerant to negative transient voltage.
