international IOR rectifier IR2151 (NOTE: For new designs we recommend IR s new products IR2153 IR21531)
The IR2151 driver provides separate high‑side and low‑side referenced output channels for MOSFET or IGBT switching up to 600 V. It features a floating channel for bootstrap operation, programmable oscillator frequency, matched propagation delays, and built‑in dead‑time control to minimise cross‑conduction.
The device is supplied in 8‑lead DIP and SOIC packages, supports a duty cycle of 50 % and includes protection features such as undervoltage lockout and dV/dt immunity. Electrical characteristics, pin assignments and timing diagrams are detailed in the datasheet.
