International Rectifier IR2133/IR2135/IR2233/IR2235 3-Phase Bridge Driver Datasheet
The IR2133/IR2135/IR2233/IR2235 (J&S) are high voltage, high speed power MOSFET and IGBT drivers designed for three-phase applications. These devices feature three independent high side and low side referenced output channels and utilize proprietary HVIC technology for a ruggedized 28-Lead SOIC monolithic construction. They are fully operational to +600V or +1200V and include features such as undervoltage lockout, over-current shut down, and an independent operational amplifier for analog feedback of bridge current.
