The ADG1408/ADG1409 are monolithic CMOS analog multiplexers comprising eight single channels and four differential channels, respectively. They have a maximum on resistance of 5Ω and a maximum on resistance flatness of 0.5Ω. The products are suitable for relay replacement, audio and video routing, automatic test equipment, data acquisition systems, battery-powered systems, sample-and-hold systems, and communication systems.

ADG1408/ADG1409 are 8-channel ±15V/±12V/±5V iCMOS multiplexers, with a maximum on resistance of 4.7 Ω, 0.5 Ω on resistance flatness, a maximum continuous current of 190 mA, and are compatible with 3V logic levels. They support ±15V/±12V/±5V operating voltages and are available in 16-lead TSSOP and 4mm × 4mm LFCSP packages.
