This datasheet describes the PESD3V3L5UV and PESD5V0L5UV, which are low capacitance 5-fold ESD protection diode arrays in the ultra-small SOT666 plastic package. These devices are designed to protect up to five transmission or data lines from damage caused by Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) and surge pulses. The PESD3V3L5UV provides uni-directional protection for up to five lines, while the PESD5V0L5UV offers bi-directional protection for up to four lines.
