The STP7NK80Z, STP7NK80ZFP, STB7NK80Z and STB7NK80Z‑1 are N‑channel power MOSFETs rated for 800 V and up to 5.2 A continuous drain current. They feature a SuperMESH™ layout that minimizes gate charge, provides very low intrinsic capacitances and excellent dv/dt performance, making them suitable for high‑speed, high‑current switching in SMPS and industrial lighting.
