The CM600DY-34H is a high‑voltage insulated‑gate bipolar transistor (HVIGBT) module in an insulated type package, intended for high‑power switching uses such as inverters, converters, DC choppers, and induction heating. The module is supplied as a two‑element pack with a typical mass of 1.5 kg.
