TEXAS INSTRUMENTS ULN2001A Data Sheet

The ULN2001A is an obsolete high-voltage, high-current Darlington transistor array. It consists of seven npn Darlington pairs with high-voltage outputs and common-cathode clamp diodes for switching inductive loads. Each Darlington pair has a collector-current rating of 500mA and can be paralleled for higher current capability. It is suitable for applications such as relay drivers, hammer drivers, lamp drivers, display drivers (LED and gas discharge), line drivers, and logic buffers.
