About this manual

The ULN2001A, ULN2002A, ULN2003A, ULN2004A, ULQ2003A, and ULQ2004A are high‑voltage, high‑current Darlington transistor arrays used for relay, lamp, LED, and logic driver applications. Each device contains seven NPN Darlington pairs with common‑cathode clamp diodes, and a single pair can handle 500 mA collector current.

The document lists absolute maximum ratings, electrical characteristics, and mechanical data for the various package types (PDIP, SOIC, SOP, TSSOP). Ordering information, package drawings, and thermal data are provided, along with an important notice that the ULN2001A is obsolete and no longer supplied.
