About this manual

The ULN2001A, ULN2002A, ULN2003A, ULN2004A, ULQ2003A and ULQ2004A are high‑voltage, high‑current Darlington transistor arrays used for relay, lamp, display, line‑driver and logic‑buffer applications. Each device contains seven NPN Darlington pairs with common‑cathode clamp diodes, rated for 500 mA collector current per pair and capable of being paralleled for higher current.

The datasheet lists absolute‑maximum ratings, electrical and switching characteristics, package options, and mechanical dimensions. It also includes ordering information, test circuit diagrams, and an important notice about product availability and warranty. The ULN2001A is marked obsolete and no longer supplied.
