Infineon BTS 840 S2 Smart High‑Side Power Switch Datasheet
The Infineon BTS 840 S2 is a dual‑channel smart high‑side power switch with integrated charge‑pump, diagnostic feedback and proportional load‑current sensing. It is designed for 12 V and 24 V grounded loads, supporting resistive, inductive and capacitive loads, and replaces electromechanical relays and fuses.
