Infineon BTS 724G Smart High-Side Power Switch Datasheet
The BTS 724G is a smart high‑side power switch with four independent channels, each capable of handling up to 3.3 A (single) or 7.3 A when four channels are paralleled. It integrates charge‑pump MOSFETs, diagnostic feedback, and a range of protection functions such as short‑circuit, overload, over‑voltage, reverse‑battery, and ESD protection.
The device operates from 5.5 V to 40 V, features very low standby current, CMOS‑compatible inputs, and fast demagnetization of inductive loads. Pin definitions, maximum ratings, thermal characteristics, and detailed electrical parameters are provided for design integration.
