Infineon PROFET BTS 728 L2 Datasheet
The PROFET® BTS 728 L2 is a dual‑channel N‑channel vertical power MOSFET with an integrated charge pump and CMOS‑compatible input. It provides status feedback, low standby current, and a wide operating voltage range, making it suitable for resistive, inductive, and capacitive loads, including those with high inrush currents.
The device includes multiple protection functions such as short‑circuit, overload, current‑limitation, thermal shutdown, over‑voltage (including load‑dump), reverse‑battery, and ESD protection. Detailed pin definitions, electrical characteristics, and package information are provided for designers.
