Infineon TLE6232 GP Datasheet
The TLE6232 GP is a six‑channel low‑side power switch in Infineon's Smart Power Technology (SPT). It features 16‑bit SPI data input, diagnostic output, and direct parallel control for PWM applications, making it suitable for engine management, power‑train systems, solenoids, relays, and robotic controls.
The device includes built‑in protection functions such as short‑circuit, over‑temperature, over‑voltage, and electrostatic discharge (ESD) protection. It operates from a 45 V–55 V supply, supports up to 3 A per channel (1‑4) and 1.5 A per channel (5‑6), and is offered in a P‑DSO 36‑12 package.
