Infineon BTS 7750 GP Datasheet
The BTS 7750 GP is a quad D‑MOS switch driver from Infineon's TrilithIC family, integrating one double high‑side switch and two low‑side switches in a single package. It is optimized for DC motor management and can be configured as a bridge or as independent switches.
Key features include low on‑resistance (70 mΩ high‑side, 45 mΩ low‑side), a typical quiescent current of 5 pA, short‑circuit and over‑temperature protection, and operation up to 40 V. The device is supplied in a P‑TO263‑15‑1 PowerPak package with thermal optimization for automotive and industrial applications.
