Infineon TLE4251 Datasheet
The TLE4251 is a monolithic low‑drop voltage tracker offered in a compact P‑TO252‑5‑1 SMD package. It is intended for sensor supply in harsh automotive environments and includes protection against overload, short‑circuit and reverse polarity. The device tracks supply voltages up to 40 V to a reference set by an external resistor, delivering up to 400 mA with high accuracy.
Key features include an enable pin for ultra‑low standby current, a wide operating temperature range (‑40 °C to 150 °C), and detailed pin‑out and block‑diagram information. The datasheet provides absolute maximum ratings, electrical characteristics, and example application circuits for designers.
