PROFET BTS 728 L2 is a high-performance, low-power smart high-side power switch with diagnostic feedback function from Siemens. It can be used for 5V, 12V and 24V loads.
The BTS 728 L2 is a dual‑channel smart high‑side power switch featuring N‑channel vertical MOSFETs, charge‑pump architecture, and diagnostic feedback. It supports operating voltages from 4.75 V to 41 V and can drive loads up to 6 A when channels are paralleled.
The device includes built‑in protection such as short‑circuit, overload, current‑limit, over‑voltage, reverse‑battery and ESD protection, and provides status signals for open‑load and thermal shutdown detection.
