lnfineon PROFET BTS 728 L2 Manual

PROFET® BTS 728 L2 is a high side power switch produced by Texas Instruments. It has two channels with rated currents of 4.0A and 6.0A, respectively. It has short circuit protection, overload protection, current limitation, thermal shutdown, overvoltage protection (including load dump), etc. It also has CMOS compatible input, low standby current, fast demagnetization, etc. It is suitable for 5V, 12V and 24V grounded loads, and can replace electromechanical relays, fuses and discrete circuits.
