About this manual

The Philips PESDxU1UT series consists of unidirectional ElectroStatic Discharge (ESD) protection diodes designed for high-speed data lines. These devices feature ultra low diode capacitance (Cj=0.6 pF) and are housed in a small SOT23 (TO-236AB) plastic surface-mounted package. They are intended to protect lines from damage caused by ESD and other transients, with a maximum peak pulse power up to 200 Ws.
