This document describes the PME264 model EMI suppressor, which features high AC and DC voltage applications, multi-layer metallized paper, encapsulation in self-extinguishing material, and impregnation. It is suitable for use as a commutator capacitor in converters, a high voltage DC-capacitor in TV sets, and ignition circuits.
This document is a technical datasheet for the Evox Rifa PME264 series of multi-layer metallized paper capacitors. These components are designed as Class X2 EMI suppressors with self-extinguishing encapsulation and excellent stability for high voltage applications such as commutator capacitors in converters, TV sets, and ignition circuits.

The capacitors meet the requirements for Climatic Category IEC 40/085/56/B.
The standard lead length is 30 mm, with an option for short leads of 5 or 6 mm.
It meets the requirements of UL 94V-0 and is approved under EN 132400.
