This document introduces the features and characteristics of the IDT2309NZ nine output 3.3V clock buffer. This buffer supports two DIMMs or four SO-DIMMs and has one additional output for feedback to an external or chipset PLL. The buffer operates at 3.3V and outputs can run up to 133.33MHz. The buffer has low power consumption, low EMI and high drive capability and can be used in mobile PC systems and desktop PC systems.
The IDT2309NZ is a low-cost, nine-output clock buffer designed to distribute high-speed clocks in mobile and desktop PC systems with SDRAM support. It features one input and nine outputs, where eight outputs can drive two DIMMs or four SO-DIMMs, and the remaining output provides feedback to an external or chipset PLL. The device operates at 3.3V with outputs running up to 133.33MHz.
